Um investigado foi preso preventivamente na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (2), em Morro da Fuma\u00e7a. A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como base a garantia da ordem p\u00fablica e econ\u00f4mica, na conveni\u00eancia da instru\u00e7\u00e3o criminal e para assegurar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m foi cumprido um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Morro da Fuma\u00e7a, instaurou Inqu\u00e9rito Policial para apurar graves crimes contra a f\u00e9 p\u00fablica e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, consistentes em peculato, uso de documento falso, coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo e falsa identidade, praticados por servidor da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Morro da Fuma\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Vale ressaltar que o investigado j\u00e1 havia sido indiciado em outros procedimentos policiais por crimes an\u00e1logos, o que revela a reitera\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas il\u00edcitas contra a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e a viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 confian\u00e7a da sociedade. De acordo com a Delegada de Pol\u00edcia, Tain\u00e1 Greselle Carlesso, a Pol\u00edcia Civil reafirma seu compromisso no combate rigoroso a crimes que atentam contra a moralidade administrativa e a f\u00e9 p\u00fablica, pilares indispens\u00e1veis ao funcionamento do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito.<\/p>\n
