O crime ocorreu entre os dias 10 e 11 de outubro, e foi motivado por ci\u00fames, j\u00e1 que o casal estava em processo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o e o suspeito n\u00e3o aceitava o rompimento.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem chamou a mulher, de 31 anos, \u00e0 sua resid\u00eancia, simulando estar passando mal e solicitando ajuda para ir ao hospital. A mulher tamb\u00e9m teve os cabelos arrancados e cortados, sendo mantida trancada na resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o autor levou a v\u00edtima at\u00e9 Jaguaruna, onde tentou atropel\u00e1-la. Em estado de extrema vulnerabilidade, ela conseguiu fugir para uma \u00e1rea de mata, onde desmaiou e foi resgatada por populares. Devido \u00e0 gravidade das les\u00f5es, a mulher permaneceu internada por uma semana, e durante esse per\u00edodo, os depoimentos coletados embasaram a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28640\" src=\"http:\/\/sulsc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/c5a2d41d-147e-4938-b35a-7cb59a70ea55-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"409\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sulsc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/c5a2d41d-147e-4938-b35a-7cb59a70ea55-1.jpeg 409w, https:\/\/sulsc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/c5a2d41d-147e-4938-b35a-7cb59a70ea55-1-223x300.jpeg 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 409px) 100vw, 409px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>PCSC\/Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\/SulSC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A pris\u00e3o foi decretada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e cumprida pelos policiais civis da DPMu de Sang\u00e3o, com apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Jaguaruna, que auxiliou nas dilig\u00eancias e na apreens\u00e3o de equipamentos de grava\u00e7\u00e3o da resid\u00eancia do investigado. O suspeito foi interrogado, optou por permanecer em sil\u00eancio e foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Tubar\u00e3o.
