Para que haja direito \u00e0 indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio comprovar que a forma de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o causou constrangimento, humilha\u00e7\u00e3o ou exposi\u00e7\u00e3o indevida.<\/p>\n<p>Essa decis\u00e3o tem repercutido entre especialistas e trabalhadores, especialmente em um contexto onde o uso da tecnologia nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho \u00e9 cada vez mais comum.
