O evento ocorreu na \u00faltima semana, em parceria com a equipe da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade Ind\u00edgena (<strong><a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/saude\/pt-br\/composicao\/sesai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sesai<\/a><\/strong>), do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6784\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena-1.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Moradores da TI degustaram os pratos (Fotos: Epagri\/Sul SC)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>A extensionista social da Epagri, Josefina Aparecida Nunes de Carvalho, elaborou, em parceria com o\u00a0 ind\u00edgenas, pratos como em\u012b, que \u00e9 um bolo na cinza,\u00a0<strong><a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/index.php\/cultivares-de-feijao-da-epagri-oferecem-boa-produtividade-e-resistencia-a-doencas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feij\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0com lingui\u00e7a, fub\u00e1 torrado, bolo de milho verde na frigideira, quirela com carne su\u00edna e ab\u00f3bora, couve refogada, suco de ervas e fu\u00e1, que \u00e9 um cozido de ervas. Esta foi uma das v\u00e1rias oficinas realizadas no decorrer do ano na comunidade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roda de conversa<br \/>\n<\/strong>A atividade contou ainda com uma roda de conversa que tratou de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional e consumo de industrializados. Josefina explica que as\u00a0<strong><a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.epagri.sc.gov.br\/index.php\/2020\/08\/11\/alimentacao-e-emocoes-entenda-como-os-sentimentos-e-os-ritmos-podem-influenciar-o-consumo-alimentar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comidas afetivas<\/a><\/strong>, ou seja, aquelas que influenciam no nosso bem-estar, tamb\u00e9m estiveram em debate. \u201cO grupo trouxe elementos de ancestralidade e a import\u00e2ncia de manter vivo os costumes ind\u00edgenas\u201d, relata a extensionista.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6785\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blog.epagri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oficina-culinaria-indigena-300x225.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Ind\u00edgenas atuaram na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos pratos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Josefina afirma que \u201cmais do que alimentar o corpo, precisamos tamb\u00e9m alimentar a alma, trabalhando nossa autoestima e as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de comunidade\u201d. Din\u00e2micas e dan\u00e7as circulares realizadas durante a oficina trataram de ressaltar esses aspectos.<\/p>\n<p>Cleusa Rodrigues, ind\u00edgena moradora da aldeia e nutricionista do Sesai, salienta a import\u00e2ncia das atividades desenvolvidas em parceria com Epagri.
