O caso foi compartilhado no X (antigo Twitter) pelo brit\u00e2nico Ashley Beauchamp, um cliente que ficou insatisfeito com o rob\u00f4 por n\u00e3o conseguir um n\u00famero de atendimento.<\/p>\n<p>Na rede social, o usu\u00e1rio relatou que o sistema era \u201ctotalmente in\u00fatil em responder \u00e0s perguntas\u201d e compartilhou prints em que o chatbot fornecia respostas depreciativas e palavr\u00f5es.\u00a0O incidente com o rob\u00f4 da DPD aconteceu nas \u00faltimas semanas e foi compartilhado nas redes sociais em 18 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Insatisfeito com o servi\u00e7o do chatbot e depois de n\u00e3o conseguir falar com um atendente humano, o cliente Ashley Beauchamp decidiu \u201cbrincar\u201d com a tecnologia. Nas capturas de tela divulgadas por ele, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver que, apesar de negar inicialmente a atender aos pedidos maliciosos, a intelig\u00eancia artificial passa a obedecer gradativamente.<\/p>\n<p>De pouco em pouco, o chatbot passou a xingar, escrever haikus depreciativos e at\u00e9 falar mal da pr\u00f3pria empresa, conforme os prints abaixo. Em uma das respostas, o chatbot chama a DPD de \u201cpior empresa de entregas do mundo\u201d, al\u00e9m de declarar que o servi\u00e7o \u00e9 lento e o atendimento ao cliente \u00e9 p\u00e9ssimo. Alguns chatbots comuns, como ChatGPT e Bard, podem cometer erros conhecidos como \u201calucina\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, que ocorrem quando uma IA inventa ou fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es incorretas ao usu\u00e1rio \u2014 com o intuito de n\u00e3o o deixar sem respostas.<\/p>\n<p>Esse tipo de situa\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser t\u00e3o comum que at\u00e9 mesmo a OpenAI, startup por tr\u00e1s do ChatGPT, alertou os usu\u00e1rios de que o software pode cometer erros e que n\u00e3o se deve confiar totalmente em suas respostas.\u00a0Al\u00e9m disso, boa parte da base de dados das IAs foi produzida por humanos e retirados da pr\u00f3pria Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Isso significa que, apesar de ser um sistema operacional, a intelig\u00eancia artificial pode reproduzir preconceitos, palavr\u00f5es, g\u00edrias e at\u00e9 mesmo not\u00edcias falsas.
